What you need to do:

Arrange to forward the signed contract to us

Inform your Financier about the Contract of Sale and anticipated Settlement Date

Sign the Transfer Documents and return to us

Provide requested information including rates notices, body corporate levies

If property is sold with vacant possession move all belongings prior to settlement
